NAILS OF THE MONTH: MARCH

These nails are my last creation. I have been doing gel nails for a while and I have completely fallen in love with it. It is such a great form of therapy. 

Here’s a list of the products that I used on my nails, just in case you’re interested.

• Andreia Professional Ultrabond Primer
• Andreia Professional 3 in 1 Builder Gel in Soft White
• Inocos Gel Polish in Caldeirão
• Andreia Professional Top Coat No Tacky Layer for Gel & Acrylic
• CRISNAIL Spa Natural Garden Mango Cuticle Oil (smells like heaven)

Because these are gel nails you will need an UV/LED lamp as well as an electric nail drill. However there are a lot of people who use just a regular file, which also works really well, you just need a  little more patience. I file and shape the nails with a hand file and I only use the nail drill to remove my old set. Also, do not forget to prep those nails otherwise the gel will start to lift and we don’t want that!

Nevertheless Andreia Professional products are very easy to find online. The gel polish that I used is from the portuguese brand Inocos. I think you can only buy it in Portugal and Spain but I’m sure you can find some other brand with a similar color.
